You'll coordinate our certified phlebotomists across Port Harcourt — building daily routes, making sure samples move from doorstep to lab within the promised window, and stepping in the moment something needs attention.
Key Responsibilities
Build and adjust daily collection routes for the phlebotomy team
Monitor sample chain-of-custody from collection to lab drop-off
Audit collection visits for protocol and patient-experience standards
Coordinate with the partner lab on drop-off windows and rejected samples
Escalate delays or quality issues to Operations leadership immediately
Qualification
2+ years coordinating field teams, ideally in healthcare or logistics
Working knowledge of sample collection and chain-of-custody protocols
Comfortable with route-planning and scheduling software
Based in or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt
