You'll own our lab partner network in the FCT and surrounding states — finding accredited labs, negotiating turnaround-time and pricing agreements, and holding partners to the accuracy bar our patients depend on.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and vet MLSCN-accredited labs for the LabTracka network
Negotiate pricing, turnaround times, and service-level agreements
Audit partner labs on a recurring basis for quality and compliance
Resolve escalations when a result is late, unclear, or disputed
Report on partner performance to the Operations leadership team
Qualification
3+ years in lab operations, procurement, or healthcare partnerships
Working knowledge of MLSCN accreditation standards
Strong negotiator who can hold a hard line without burning a relationship
Comfortable traveling within Abuja and neighbouring states
