You'll work on the systems that schedule home sample collections, route our phlebotomists efficiently across Lagos traffic, and alert Operations the moment something's about to run late — before the patient ever notices.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scheduling and dispatch features for the console app
Design APIs that keep patients, phlebotomists, and labs in sync in real time
Partner with Operations to turn field pain points into shipped features
Write tests and monitoring so issues get caught before patients feel them
Participate in on-call rotation for the collection and dispatch stack
Qualification
3+ years building production web applications (React/Next.js and Node)
Experience with logistics, scheduling, or marketplace products is a strong plus
Comfortable owning a feature from design through to production monitoring
Based in or willing to relocate to Lagos
